Join the community of Roxbury Township, New Jersey on June 22 & 23, 2024 during the Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce’s 11th Annual Town-wide garage sale at resident’s homes. There is no need for a garage sale permit. Anyone in the Township can hold a sale June 22nd and 23rd.
With your $5 donation, we offer to include your address in a sale list that we will publish on Friday June 21st.
We will do our best to try to get the word out about the sale, but we also encourage you to post your sale on the local garage sale social media pages. Help us spread the word and bring more shoppers to your sale! Find our event on Facebook.com/RoxburyNJChamber

About the Sale
Join Us for the Weekend! Shop or Sell this June 22 & 23!
What:
Town-wide garage sale and fundraiser for the Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce.
When:
Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23, 2024, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for an entire weekend of shopping or selling! Rain or shine.
Where:
Roxbury Township, New Jersey: Berkshire Valley, Kenvil, Landing, Ledgewood, Port Morris and Succasunna
Lot’s of Homes!
We’re focusing on homes for this event; the Community Yard & Craft Sale at Horseshoe Lake will be featured as a separate event on September 28, 2024.
There is no need for a yard-sale permit for this event! We graciously ask that you support our event and The Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce by registering and making the small donation to help cover our costs.

Access to the directory will be available Friday June 21, 2024. You’ll be able to use the spreadsheet (and tabs) to create your own sale directory! Drop pins on your smartphone; print the pages or areas you want to shop; make your own notes and highlights; do what works for your best shopping experience!
Sale Details
Join us for a weekend of shopping or selling—the 2024 event runs both Saturday (6/22) and Sunday (6/23)! Residents are encouraged to register their sale and be included on our online directory of sales.
- No maps—just a directory.
- No signs—You’ll need to make your own.
- No fuss, No muss—register or don’t; it’s up to you.
The Chamber’s goal is to attract as many shoppers and encourage as many garage sales throughout the Township as possible during the weekend of June 22 & 23 it’s that simple.
As always, we will be spreading the word through local media outlets and social media. We encourage you to post your sale on local social media pages too.
Your Donation
If you do choose to participate, your donation of $5 will help support a great community focused organization.
The Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce is a registered 501 (c)(3) public charity.

Oops! We could not locate your form.
If you prefer to mail a check, send your information to Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce at PO Box 436, Ledgewood, NJ 07852. It must be received by the Wednesday before the sale.

Our Garage Sale Directory will be published online, the day before the sale—Friday, June 21, 2024.

You can work up quite an appetite shopping and we can’t think of a better place (or places) to stop than one of our Taste of Roxbury participating restaurants!
