Speaker Topic: What To Do When Disaster Strikes
We’ll hear from Christian Licciardi, owner of A Grade Property Restoration, on what to do when suffering water damage, storm damage, or any type of property loss and filing an insurance claim. Christian will explain the entire insurance claim process — what to do and what NOT to do, what to say and what NOT to say, educating on how insurance companies, banks and contractors all work together. Also, he will review job financing, adding on improvements to the home, selecting the right contractor and reviewing other benefits such as rental houses, dog boarding and meal allowances. Most people will file a claim in their lifetime, and it’s best to be prepared ahead of time.
