DESCRIPTION:EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO PREDICTED HIGH WINDS\nWe are very sorry to share that\, due to the predicted high winds\, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Annual Community Yard & Craft Sale at Horseshoe Lake. The safety of our vendors\, volunteers\, and shoppers must always come first\, and we simply cannot take a chance with everyone’s well-being. \nWe know how much time\, effort\, and preparation goes into getting ready for an event like this\, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this causes. We sincerely appreciate our vendors for signing up\, supporting our fundraiser\, and taking the time to prepare for the day. Your participation means so much to us and to our community. Vendors should check your email for more information. \nWe truly wish the weather had cooperated\, and we are so disappointed that we won’t get to spend the day with you at Horseshoe Lake. Thank you for your patience\, kindness\, and continued support of the Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce and our community. \nWe hope to see you next year under much sunnier and calmer skies! \nSave these dates for our upcoming community events:\nHome for the Holidays/Santa Land –  Saturday 12/5/26 11 am – 3 pm\nTaste of Roxbury Monday –  5/24/27 6-8 pm\n\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n\n\n\nShop or Sell!\nThis rain or shine event will run from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. and provide one-stop shopping right at the Horseshoe Lake pavilion area (far left rear of the park). The sale will feature \n\nHome Goods\nAntiques\nCrafts\nGarage Sale Items\nCollectibles\nMuch More!\nFood Trucks – we’re expecting a coffee truck and a food truck\nRestrooms on site for the convenience and comfort of our shoppers and sellers\nConvenient Parking in the huge lot (you may want to bring a wagon to haul your purchases!)\n\nSELLERS WANTED\nHave something to sell? We are pleased to offer you the ability to register online. Simply follow the “Register” button below to use PayPal’s secure server payment processing—a PayPal account is not required or necessary to process the payment. Registration deadline is Thursday\, September 24th. \n\nEVENT NOTES\nThis event may sell out—there are a limited number of spots available! Registrations will be accepted for up to 4 spots around the field area. We will not accept registrations for sales at your home (e.g. a traditional garage sale will not be accepted – that Town-Wide sale is in June). \nFood vendors will be by invitation only and will be set up in the area surrounding the yard-sale vendors. \nRegistration is NOT limited to Roxbury residents; we welcome anyone with something interesting to sell to register—the more the merrier! \nThe event will take place in the area adjacent to the pavilion at Horseshoe Lake. Set up begins at 7 a.m. and must be complete by 8:45 a.m. with your car moved to the vendor’s parking area. Clean-up must be complete by 4 p.m.—your area must be clear\, and you take your leftovers home with you. Be prepared to be in the open\, you are encouraged to bring a canopy-type tent if you have one\, and please secure it well so it doesn’t blow over in the wind. You will need to provide your own table(s)\, hand truck\, chairs\, etc. You CAN pull up to your spot to unload\, then you’ll move your car to the edge of the field. \n  \nSeller Information \nPay online below\, or mail a check and your information to Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce\, PO Box 436\, Ledgewood\, NJ 07852 \n \nWe're sorry\, but registration for our Community Yard Sale at Horseshoe Lake has closed.\nThere is  NO Fee for Shoppers.
