About the Presenters:

Carlos Rosario is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. As a Roxbury resident for 19 years, Carlos has not only honed his technical expertise but also developed a deep understanding of his community’s needs.​  Born and raised in Dover NJ, Carlos has always been passionate about leveraging technology to empower individuals and businesses alike. His journey in IT began over two decades ago, driven by his innate curiosity and determination to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.​  Throughout his career, Carlos has held various roles in IT support, systems administration, and network management, gaining invaluable insights and expertise along the way. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of technologies, from hardware and software troubleshooting to network infrastructure design and implementation.​  In addition to his professional endeavors, Carlos takes great pride in being a devoted father to two wonderful daughters. As a father, he understands the importance of fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, both at home and in the community.​  Carlos is deeply committed to empowering individuals of all ages to harness the power of technology. Whether he’s assisting seniors with their IT needs or mentoring aspiring young technologists, Carlos strives to make a positive impact wherever he goes.​  In his free time, Carlos enjoys spending quality time with his family, volunteering, and staying active in the local community. He believes in the transformative power of technology to drive positive change and looks forward to continuing his journey of innovation and service for many years to come.

David Carpenter has three decades of experience within the business management and engineering sectors of Information Technology. Since receiving his B.S. in Telecommunication Management from DeVry University, he has earned multiple certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and Executive Leadership. His career includes working for several global corporations such as Lucent Technologies, Honeywell International, and Tiffany & Co. He has extensive experience in Executive Support, End User Services, Infrastructure and Operations, Collaboration/ Communication and Project Management.  David, a native of Central New Jersey, has lived in Morris County for 20 years and he currently resides in Roxbury, NJ with his wife. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with friends/family, building cars, and expanding his knowledge in home automation.
